Our MLS-integration pulls listing data automatically into the listing agent’s profile, where it can then be sent to our network with just a click of a button.
Traffic Reports are provided to the listing agent and broker, and can be automatically or manually sent to the seller. These reports are customized to each seller and branded with the listing agent’s information, photography and NextHome branding for a consistent presentation to the seller. The reports provide value to the client, insight of the online traffic sources, and a gage of buyer impressions of the home to help each client make informed decisions throughout the marketing process.
